Trouble Reporting

TelAdvocate provides trouble reporting on behalf of our clients at no charge Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm EST. Simply call TelAdvocate when you are experiencing problems with your voice, data, or internet services. With over 20 years of experience troubleshooting network problems, know what information to gather and what questions to ask and who to call. We will open you trouble ticket with your service provider, send you your ticket number for tracking purposes, and provide regular updates until the problem is resolved. If necessary we will also dispatch your voice and data vendor(s) when determined necessary.

Moves, Adds, & Changes

TelAdvocate provides Moves, Adds, & Changes (MAC orders) on behalf of our clients at no charge Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm EST. If you are moving your location, simply call us and we will generate the necessary paperwork and professionally project manage the move of your network services. When moving please contact us 60 days in advance to provide your network service provider adequate time to get your move order completed. Likewise, we provide account additions or perform routine account changes at your request. Just call TelAdvocate anytime you need support and we will insure that we move, add, or make changes to your account as required.

Escalations

TelAdvocate provides escalations with your network service provider upon request at no charge Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm EST. At TelAdvocate we realize that situations arise that merit escalation of your service issue to your providers upper management. Whenever you have a network issue that requires special attention, please contact us and we will insure your case gets the priority and attention that it deserves.
